Yes. When you request a repair we'll send you all the supplies you need: shipping box(es), padding, protective sleeves, and a pre-paid return shipping label.
FREE if you send us 3 or more devices. If you send us fewer devices than that, the charge is a flat-rate of $15 (not per device, but for the entire box of devices).
We almost always use UPS Ground shipping. In a real emergency we can do 2-day or even overnight but this would be a non-standard shipment and we would charge an extra rate for that expedited shipping.
We don't have a regular UPS pickup. Can we still use your service?
Yes. If UPS does not regularly come to your location, simply let us know and we can schedule a UPS pickup for you. There is no extra charge for that service.
This depends on where you are located. The following are some basic guidelines depending on where you're located. These shipping times are in one direction and are the general time. Whether or time of year (like Christmas) can have an impact on these times.
Near Chicago: 1-2 days.
In a major city in the continental 48 states: 2-5 days.
