You also have to add in shipping time to know exactly how long you'll be without your devices.

When you request a repair, we send all necessary shipping supplies: box(es), foam padding, protective sleeves, 5-second diagnostic slips, and a pre-paid return shipping label.
You simply pack your broken devices, ship them to us, and we handle everything else.
When we send your fixed devices back, we include another pre-paid return shipping label. This makes your next round of repairs faster & easier - just use the shipping supplies from the repaired devices we sent back.
